  • Access to sporting events organized by Only Way Football<\/li>
  • Player support, orientation and visibility services<\/li><\/ul>

    The Client acknowledges having read these Terms before placing any order. Validation of an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>

    ARTICLE 3 \u2013 Description of Services \/ No Sporting Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>

    Only Way Football provides services related to the football industry, including in particular:<\/p>

    • Organization of football scouting events and training camps<\/li>
    • Guidance and support services for players<\/li>
    • Guidance and advisory support throughout the player\u2019s sporting pathway<\/li><\/ul>

      Evaluation Disclaimer: <\/strong>
      \nThe scouting events and training camps are observed and assessed by Only Way Football's staff. Any assessment, feedback, or evaluation provided (if any) is inherently subjective and based on sporting criteria as appreciated by our staff at the time of the event.

      \nNo Guarantee: <\/strong>
      \nRegistration does not include any guarantee of:

      \n- Selection, trial, or signature of a contract
      \n- Any professional or amateur career outcome
      \n- Any specific result or opportunity

      \nResults depend exclusively on the player's sporting level, behavior, and commitment.<\/p>

      ARTICLE 4 - Prices<\/strong><\/p>

      Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

      Only Way Football reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.<\/p>

      Clients may place orders directly on onlywayfootball.fr.

        An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Client. The order becomes final upon full payment.

        Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
