1/ HOW DOES OUR TRIAL CAMP WORK ?
The camp will take place over two days:
Day 1: Training
Day 2: Evaluation match
Every player with the potential to play above amateur level will be represented by us and sent directly abroad on trial with one or more clubs.
2/ What are the criteria for evaluating players?
Our team evaluates each player’s current level and potential based on several key criteria, including:
- Commitment on the pitch
- Game vision and tactical awareness
- Physical abilities (endurance, speed, explosiveness)
- Attitude and mindset (team spirit, respect, mentality)
- Technical ability
3/ What happens once you’ve been selected?
At the end of a detection, if a player is selected according to his level, our commitment is to take charge of him in our FFF and FIFA agency. With the aim of starting a professional career.
We will take the player to trials with one or more clubs to find the level that best matches their skills. If they perform well at a certain level, we will offer them opportunities in a higher league.
And if the level is too high, we'll redirect him to a lower level.
With this in mind, we aim to create the conditions for him to reach his full potential and excel within his club so he can move up the ladder.
