Why are our trials successful?
Succeeding at a football trial does not happen by chance. It relies on a clear method, a reliable network and an honest reading of the player’s potential.
Targeted trials
Each player is evaluated according to position, profile, maturity, and real potential. Our aim is not to fill lists, but to identify profiles that clubs can truly utilize.
Human Support
A player who is well-guided progresses better. We provide support before, during, and after the trials to avoid classic mistakes and maximize the chances of success.
Access to Club Opportunities Abroad
Our football trials provide access to opportunities with partner clubs abroad, depending on the player's profile and level.

Career Management
For selected players, we take care of everything: we negotiate their salary, bonuses, and all the terms of their contract to ensure they get the best conditions. Our role is to manage their entire career, defining a tailor-made development plan and providing comprehensive day-to-day support. We also handle the marketing of their image by creating their professional profile, while taking care of all administrative formalities.
What's more, thanks to our expertise and network, we give you the keys to become the architect of your own career, providing you with the tools and advice you need to make the right decisions and defend your interests over the long term.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR TURN?
Every player presented here started out exactly like you: a desire to progress, a question about his level, a decision to make, etc...
The difference isn't made on Instagram. It's made the day you take part in a real football trial.

1/ Who are we?
Our team is made up of FFF- and FIFA-licensed agents, sports consulting experts, and former professional players — all highly experienced and specialized in developing football players’ careers.
We support and represent both professional and amateur players, working closely with them to enhance their skills and guide them through each step necessary to reach the next level in their careers.
2/ HOW DO OUR TRIALS WORK?
Our trials consist exclusively of matches, with 90 minutes of playing time for each player, split into either two 45-minute halves or three 30-minute periods.
3/ WHICH CLUBS AND COUNTRIES ARE THE TRIALS FOR?
Our trials are not aimed at any particular club. Our main goal is to find players with high potential and direct them to stepping-stone clubs, paving the way to the professional level. Our trials therefore serve hundreds of clubs that fully trust us with their recruitment.
(Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Italy, etc.)
4/ WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF OUR TRIALS?
The goal of our trials is clear: to find talented players in amateur football who have the potential to play at a higher level. Every season, many clubs come to us, far more than the number of players we have available, which makes us a real gateway for players, whether professional or amateur.
Our main objective is to guide these players toward the top level, whether by integrating them into springboard clubs or, when their current level allows, by propelling them directly to the highest level.
5/ What happens once you've been selected?
At the end of a trial, if a player is selected based on their level, our commitment is to find the club and the level in Europe that best suit them.
We will arrange trials at different clubs to place the player at the level that matches their skills most accurately. If the player initially stands out at a certain level during a trial, we immediately open opportunities for them in a higher-level league. Conversely, if the level is too high, we redirect them to a lower level. Our goal is to create the conditions for the player to reach their full potential and excel within their club, enabling them to climb the ranks.
