Next Level Trial is for players who genuinely want to take their career in a new direction and reach the highest level.
It is the most direct hiring process.
Two days of trials to assess your skill level and observe you in real-world conditions.
If your skill level meets our criteria—and since part of our team is already based in Poland—we’ll immediately help you find a professional, semi-professional, or amateur club in Poland or another European country, as a stepping stone to launching a real career with us.
Our criteria
We only select players who meet the required standards to join clubs that can offer real benefits—such as housing and a salary—and to begin a career with us.
Depending on the player’s preference, we can also work on a specific one-time opportunity, without any commitment to a long-term career plan.
If we believe that your level is not sufficient, we will let you know and we will not proceed any further.
Day 1
Individual Evaluation
* Physical tests.
* An assessment of your physical condition to determine whether you are ready to play at a high level.
* Technical work with a coach.
Day 2
Evaluation Under Real-World Conditions
- Training session with a partner amateur club.
- Observation by one of our agents.
There will be no favors, no special treatment, and no false hope.
Only one thing matters:
Are you currently skilled enough to play at a high level?
If so, we will work with you.
If not, the evaluation will end.
