About this trial
The principle remains the same as for our other detection systems, with operations tailored to Casablanca.
The goal is to identify players who have the talent to embark on a genuine career path with our agency, with the aim of helping them develop and guiding them to the highest level as quickly as possible.
We work directly on-site with several clubs, coaches, and scouts.
Once you've signed up, within the the next 2 to 3 months, we will arrange 1–2 training sessions and/or games for you with a team or coach based in Casablanca so that we can observe you firsthand in real-game conditions.
During these sessions, you'll be observed by members of our team: scouts, agents, and coaches.
For players who meet the required level and whom we believe in, the next goal will be to develop a concrete plan and sign with our agency.
We will then organize tryouts in Europe or Morocco, depending on each player's skill level, profile, and circumstances.
For opportunities in Europe, the process can take longer depending on the player’s situation, particularly with regard to visas and various administrative formalities. Some players may be able to move forward quickly, while others will need more time; the selection process will be stricter, in particular, due to this important factor.
In any case, for the selected players, the goal remains the same: to work on their careers, help them sign contracts, and do everything possible to bring them back to the top level.
