Players admitted to the Center de Préformation Féminin from St Joseph will benefit from intensive daily training and rigorous supervision by the Ligue Réunionnaise de Football. The center welcomes girls in 4th and 3rd grade, who will also be integrated into a boarding school to provide an environment conducive to their progress.

The players will be schooled at the Collège Achille Grondin and housed at the Lycée Agricole de St Joseph, ensuring a cohesive academic and sporting environment. The ultimate goal is to train these young talents so that, after two years' training, they can join the women's "pôles espoirs" in mainland France.

Registrations for the 2023/2024 season are currently open. Sports selections will be held at the end of April, and applications must be submitted by April 20, 2023. The program offers a balanced timetable between school life and sports training.
