Our mission is to reveal talent and accompany them along the way, signing them with the best clubs, from level to level, right up to the top level. 1/ Who we are
Our team is made up of FFF and FIFA-licensed agents, and consulting experts. sports and former professional players, all highly experienced and specialized in the development of soccer players' careers.
We support and represent both professional and amateur players, working closely with them to develop their skills and help them take the necessary steps to reach the next level in their careers.
2/ How do our detections work?
Detections take place exclusively through 90-minute matches for each player, comprising either two 45-minute halves or three 30-minute periods.
3/ For which clubs and countries are trials intended?
Our detections are not aimed at any particular club. Our main objective is to find high-potential players and direct them to springboard clubs, thus opening the way to the professional level. Our detections are aimed at hundreds of clubs who trust us completely in their recruitment efforts.
( Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Italy etc... )
4/ What is the purpose of our trials?
The aim of our detections is clear: to find talented players in the amateur world who have the potential to progress to a higher level. Every season, we are approached by numerous clubs, far surpassing our capacity for available players as a gateway for pro and amateur players.
Our main objective is to help these players reach the top level, whether by integrating them into springboard clubs or by propelling them directly to the highest level, when their current level justifies it.
5/ What happens once you've been selected?
After detection, if a player is selected on the basis of his level, our commitment is to find the club and level best suited to him in Europe,
We'll take him on trials with different clubs, with the aim of placing the player at the level that best matches his skills. If he initially stands out at a certain level during trials with one club, we immediately open up opportunities for him in a higher-level league.
And if the level is too high, we'll redirect it to a lower level.
With this in mind, we aim to create the conditions for him to reach his full potential and excel within his club, so that he can move up the ranks.
