For selected players, we take care of everything: we negotiate their salary, bonuses, and all the terms of their contract to ensure they get the best conditions. Our role is to manage their entire career, defining a tailor-made development plan and providing comprehensive day-to-day support. We also handle the marketing of their image by creating their professional profile, while taking care of all administrative formalities.

1/ Who are we ?
Our team is made up of FFF- and FIFA-licensed agents, sports consulting experts, and former professional players — all highly experienced and specialized in developing football players’ careers.
We support and represent both professional and amateur players, working closely with them to enhance their skills and guide them through each step necessary to reach the next level in their careers.
2/HOW DOES OUR TRIAL CAMP WORK ?
Our tests can be carried out in two possible ways:
Day 1: Training
Day 2: Evaluation match
3/ WHICH CLUBS AND COUNTRIES ARE THE TRIALS FOR ?
Our detections are not aimed at any particular club. Our main objective is to find high-potential players and direct them to springboard clubs, thus opening the way to the professional level. Our scouts target hundreds of clubs who trust us completely in their recruitment efforts. We guarantee that selected players will be sent on trials with professional, semi-professional or amateur clubs.

4/ WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF OUR TRIALS ?
The aim of our trials is clear: to identify talented players within the amateur rank who show the potential to progress to a higher level. Every season, numerous clubs approach us, with demand far exceeding the number of available players, making us a true gateway to professional and semi‑professional opportunities.
Our main objective is to guide these players toward the top level, whether by integrating them into springboard clubs or, when their current level allows, by propelling them directly to the highest level.
5/ What happens once you've been selected ?
At the end of a trial, if a player is selected based on their level, our commitment is to find the club and the level in Europe that best suit them.
We will arrange trials at different clubs to place the player at the level that matches their skills most accurately. If the player initially stands out at a certain level during a trial, we immediately open opportunities for them in a higher-level league. Conversely, if the level is too high, we redirect them to a lower level. Our goal is to create the conditions for the player to reach their full potential and excel within their club, enabling them to climb the ranks.
