Football player representation agency licensed by the French Football Federation (FFF) and FIFA, specialized in career management, intermediation and placement of professional and amateur players in France and internationally, as well as the organization of scouting events and training camps, sports support services, and player orientation and visibility services.

These Terms govern all services offered on onlywayfootball.fr.

ARTICLE 2 – Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of services concluded via the site

• Registration for football scouting events and/or training camps
• Access to sporting events organized by Only Way Football
• Player support, orientation and visibility services

The Client acknowledges having read these Terms before placing any order. Validation of an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

ARTICLE 3 – Description of Services / No Sporting Guarantee

Only Way Football provides services related to the football industry, including in particular:

• Organization of football scouting events and training camps
• Guidance and support services for players
• Guidance and advisory support throughout the player’s sporting pathway

Evaluation Disclaimer:
The scouting events and training camps are observed and assessed by Only Way Football's staff. Any assessment, feedback, or evaluation provided (if any) is inherently subjective and based on sporting criteria as appreciated by our staff at the time of the event.

No Guarantee:
Registration does not include any guarantee of:

- Selection, trial, or signature of a contract
- Any professional or amateur career outcome
- Any specific result or opportunity

Results depend exclusively on the player's sporting level, behavior, and commitment.

ARTICLE 4 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.

Only Way Football reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

ARTICLE 5 - Orders

Clients may place orders directly on onlywayfootball.fr.
To place an order:

• The Client selects the desired service
• The Client provides the requested information
• He validates the payment

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Client. The order becomes final upon full payment.

ARTICLE 6 - Service Delivery

Delivery corresponds to access to the booked service (participation in a scouting event, training camp, sporting event, or related service).

Practical information (date, location, schedule, instructions) will be sent to the Client by email a few days before the event.

ARTICLE 7 - Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/Debit card
• PayPal

No service will be provided without full payment.

ARTICLE 8 – No Right of Withdrawal / Strict No-Refund Policy

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, including registrations for scouting events and training camps.

Once payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of:

- Absence of the participant on the day of the event
- Personal reasons (illness, injury, transportation issues, visa refusal, etc.)
- Change of mind
- Failure to obtain travel documents or authorizations

Registration fees secure the Client's place at the event. If the Client cannot attend the scheduled date, the Client may request a transfer of the registration to a later date, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Only Way Football. No cash refund will be issued in lieu of a date transfer, except by Only Way Football's express written decision.

ARTICLE 9 - Cancellation and Rescheduling

Only Way Football reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify any event at any time for any reason (logistical constraints, insufficient registrations, force majeure, weather conditions, local regulations, etc.).

In case of rescheduling:

• The registration will be automatically transferred to the new date
• No refund will be issued due to a date change
• The Client will be informed by email or message

In case of full cancellation by Only Way Football (and only in this case):

• A transfer to another event or a full refund will be offered

Only Way Football's liability in case of cancellation is strictly limited to the amount paid for the registration. No additional compensation (transportation, accommodation, meals, or other related expenses) will be provided.

No cancellation or absence by the Client shall entitle the Client to a refund.

ARTICLE 10 - Minors

For minor participants, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. A signed parental authorization is mandatory and must be provided before participation.

Only Way Football reserves the right to refuse access to any minor without this document.

Only Way Football undertakes to process all requests as promptly as possible.

ARTICLE 12 - Liability and Insurance

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Only Way Football is responsible solely for the administrative and logistical organization of the event.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Only Way Football shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury or accident occurring before, during, or after the event
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Medical or hospitalization expenses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Any sporting result, selection, or contract outcome
• The behavior of third parties
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, strikes, visa refusal, etc.)

In all cases, Only Way Football's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the registration.

MANDATORY INSURANCE

Each participant must hold personal insurance covering sporting activities in the country where the event takes place (including, where relevant, medical expenses and repatriation).

By registering, the Client acknowledges that Only Way Football assumes no financial responsibility for physical or material damages suffered in connection with the event.

ARTICLE 13 - Intellectual Property

All content available on onlywayfootball.fr

(texts, images, logos, videos, materials) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 - Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and communication with the Client.

Only Way Football undertakes to respect data confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations.
