These general terms and conditions of sale govern all services offered on the onlywayfootball.fr website.

ARTICLE 2 - Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of services concluded via the site onlywayfootball.co.uk, including :

• Registration for soccer detection days

• Access to sporting events organized by Only Way Football

• Support, guidance and visibility services for players

The customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions before placing an order.
Validation of an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 3 - Characteristics of the services offered

Only Way Football offers services related to the world of soccer, including :

• Organization of soccer scouting days

• Contacts with recruiters, clubs and sports facilities

• Support and advice throughout the player's sporting career

The services offered do not no guarantee of selection, contract signature or professional career.
Results depend exclusively on the player's sporting ability, behavior and commitment.

ARTICLE 4 - Prices

Service prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Only Way Football reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Services are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

ARTICLE 5 - Ordering

The customer can place an order directly on the onlywayfootball.fr website.

To order :

1. The customer selects the desired service

2. He fills in the required information

3. He validates the payment

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.

The order is considered final after full payment.

ARTICLE 6 - Service delivery

Delivery corresponds to access to the reserved service (participation in a detection, event or service).

Practical information (date, place, times, instructions) is sent to the customer by email after the order has been validated.

ARTICLE 7 - Terms of payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted means of payment are :

• Credit card

• PayPal

No service will be provided without full payment.

ARTICLE 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities that are to be provided on a specific date or within a specified period.

As a result, no refund may be requested once the order has been confirmed, except in the event of full cancellation of the event by Only Way Football.

If the event is postponed to a later date, registrations will remain valid for the new date and will not entitle participants to any refund, unless Only Way Football expressly decides otherwise.

ARTICLE 9 - Cancellation and postponement

If Only Way Football cancels the event outright, the customer will be entitled to either a postponement to a later date, or a full refund.

In the event of postponement of the event to a later date by Only Way Football, the customer's registration remains valid for the new date. No refund will be made unless expressly decided otherwise by Only Way Football. No cancellation or absence by the customer will entitle the customer to a refund.

ARTICLE 10 - Complaints

Only Way Football undertakes to deal with all requests as quickly as possible.

ARTICLE 11 - Intellectual property

All content on the onlywayfootball.fr website (text, images, logos, videos, media) is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 - Liability

Only Way Football is committed to providing its services in a serious and professional manner.

Only Way Football cannot be held responsible in the event of :

• force majeure

• inappropriate or dangerous behaviour on the part of the participant

• injury that occurs outside the instructions given

• non-selection or lack of sporting opportunity

The visual aids on the site have no contractual value.

ARTICLE 13 - Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary to process orders and to communicate with the customer.

Only Way Football undertakes to respect the confidentiality of data in accordance with the regulations in force.

ARTICLE 14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer undertakes to contact Only Way Football in order to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer is hereby informed that he/she has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, in accordance with the rules of common law.
