About Us
Only Way Football is an athlete representation agency accredited by the French Football Federation (FFF) and FIFA.
Our team includes licensed agents, sports consulting experts, and former professional players. The agency has already represented more than 50 players.
Our role: to identify high-potential players in the amateur ranks and then match them with the right clubs in Europe.
The Process, Step by Step
Choose your session and sign up
On our tryout page, only the tryouts open to your country are displayed. Choose the one that applies to you and fill out the form: personal information, position, date of birth, clubs from the past two seasons, and skill level.
You can pay for your registration with a credit card. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes.
Our team will get back to you
Depending on your session, you'll receive your invitation with the exact location and schedule, or we'll work with you to schedule your observation sessions. If you're not in the city where the auditions are being held, wait until this step is complete before booking your trip.
Your evaluation, based on the format of your session
Our sessions come in three different formats.
- Tryout Day (Île-de-France, Buenos Aires, Bogotá): You play a 90-minute game on a set date, either in two 45-minute halves or three 30-minute periods. All players get the same amount of playing time.
- The two-day tests (Next Level Trial, Poland): The first day is devoted to individual evaluations and physical tests. The second day is devoted to training with a partner amateur club.
- Observation over two to three months (Casablanca, Montreal, Dubai): After you sign up, we'll organize practices or games with a local team or coach, depending on your availability.
You are evaluated under real-world conditions
Our FFF- and FIFA-licensed scouts are watching you. Most of the evaluation takes place during actual gameplay: it’s your true skill level—when playing against other players—that counts.
Who can register?
Age Requirements
Our tryouts are open to players ages 14 to 32, in four categories: U15, U17, U19, and Senior (ages 18 and up). The categories offered vary by session.
What Your Registration Guarantees—and What It Doesn't
It guarantees you:
- your position and playing time, or your tryouts
- an evaluation by our FFF- and FIFA-licensed agents
It does not guarantee you:
- a selection
- a club trial
- a contract
Success story
Behind every player we identify is a story, a dream, and a unique journey. With our support, these players take the next step in their careers. More than just scouting, Only Way Football guides talent toward a professional future.
